The invention discloses an advanced control system and method for displacement deformation of a foundation pit support. According to the control system and the control method, the control system is constructed before subsequent digging operation of a lower layer, and the control system comprises a lower inclined strut pile (3) and a grouting bag (21); a back shore stress application mechanism (11) is arranged at the stress application end of the lower diagonal bracing pile on the diagonal bracing foundation part based on a horizontal support (16) close to the pit bottom, and the back shore stress application mechanism applies thrust to the lower diagonal bracing pile based on the horizontal support close to the pit bottom, so that the back shore end of the lower diagonal bracing pile applies back shore prestress to the part close to the pit bottom of the enclosure; the grouting bag is arranged on the periphery of the enclosure structure (5), and a grouting background (24) is arranged for the grouting bag. According to the control system and the control method, the measure of applying the back shore prestress can be taken at the first time when displacement deformation possibly happens to the portion, close to the pit bottom, of the enclosure, deformation of the portion, close to the pit bottom, of the enclosure is prevented, and the deformation condition in the excavation process of the foundation pit is effectively controlled.
