The negative pressure and filtering part of the vacuum chuck system is communicated with the chuck part of the vacuum chuck system; the harmful gas monitor is arranged in the isolation bin and is in wireless communication connection with the monitoring terminal; the water pumping end of the water pumping device is arranged in the isolation bin.
