Water seepage and falling prevention structure of building outer wall and construction method
The construction method sequentially comprises the following steps of a) wall surface cleaning, b) first painting and repairing, c) adhesive force stainless steel mesh laying, d) stainless steel mesh fixing, e) ceramic waterproof treatment and f) outer wall coating layer coating. After the wall surface is fully paved with the stainless steel mesh for fixation, a binder ceramic is permeated into the stainless steel mesh to be bonded with the original wall surface and the repairing surface, and the ceramic layer is also well bonded with the putty layer on the outer side, so that the adhesive force between the inner layer and the outer layer is effectively improved, the falling risk is reduced, and the fixing reliability is good; and the specific structure of the stainless steel mesh enables the adhesive force to be stronger than that of other structures made of common materials or metal materials, the outer wall surface is stably attached to the ceramic bonding layer with the stainless steel mesh lining, cracking and water seepage of the outer wall surface are effectively prevented, and the water seepage problem of old buildings is solved.
本发明提出了一种建筑外墙防渗水防脱落结构及施工方法,依次包括以下步骤:a)墙面清理、b)首道粉刷修补、c)铺设附着力不锈钢网、d)不锈钢网固定、e)陶瓷宝防水处理、f)外墙涂料层,本发明通过墙面满铺不锈钢网固定后再将粘结剂陶瓷宝渗入不锈钢网内与原墙面和修补面粘结,并且陶瓷宝层也与其外侧的腻子层很好的粘结结合,有效改善了内外层之间的附着力,降低了脱落风险,固定可靠性好,而且不锈钢网的特定结构使附着力比普通材料或者金属材料的其他结构的附着力更强,外墙面稳稳附着在具有不锈钢网内衬的陶瓷宝粘结层上,并且也有效防止了外墙面的开裂渗水,解决了老旧建筑的渗水问题。
