The invention relates to an indoor wall composite sound insulation structure which comprises a wall attaching structure fixed to a wall face to be treated, a partition wall structure arranged on the outer side of the wall attaching structure and separated from the wall attaching structure, and a wall replacing structure arranged on the outer side of the partition wall structure and separated from the partition wall structure. The invention further relates to a construction method of the indoor wall composite sound insulation structure. The defect that the effect of an existing treatment mode for treating low-frequency noise generated by sound transmission of a building structure is not ideal is overcome, the treatment methods of wall physical attribute change, sound absorption and sound insulation matching and structure breaking and low-frequency propagation blocking are combined, transmission of high and low frequencies (especially low-frequency noise vibration) is reduced, blocked and isolated from multiple aspects, and the sound insulation effect is improved. On the premise of reasonably occupying the use space, the purposes of isolating and eliminating the noise on the noise generation side are achieved to the maximum extent.
