Concrete construction method for shear wall of ultrahigh closed structure
The invention discloses a concrete construction method for a shear wall of an ultrahigh closed structure. The concrete construction method comprises the steps that a, a mortar cushion layer is poured on the inner side of a formwork of the ultrahigh shear wall; b, a plurality of guide pipes are arranged in the formwork, and the guide pipes are arranged in the length direction of the ultrahigh shear wall at intervals; c, a layer of concrete is poured through each guide pipe in sequence in the length direction of the ultrahigh shear wall; d, after a layer of concrete is poured into each guide pipe, vibrating and compacting are conducted; and e, before the first layer of concrete is poured and initially set, the guide pipe is lifted up, and the steps c-d are repeated to pour the concrete layer by layer from bottom to top till the top of the formwork is reached. The method solves the problem that segregation and formwork explosion are prone to occurring when the shear wall is constructed through a traditional pouring method.
本发明公开了一种超高式封闭结构的剪力墙混凝土施工方法,包括:a、于超高剪力墙的模板的内侧浇筑砂浆垫层;b、于所述模板内设置多个导管,所述多个导管沿所述超高剪力墙的长度方向间隔设置;c、沿所述超高剪力墙的长度方向依次经由每一个导管灌注一层混凝土;d、在所述每一个导管灌注一层混凝土后振捣密实;e、在所述一层混凝土浇筑初凝之前,上提所述导管并重复步骤c~d自下而上的逐层灌注混凝土,直至所述模板的顶部。本发明解决了超过剪力墙采用传统浇筑方法施工存在易发生离析和爆模的问题。
