After a long time, the adhesive loses efficacy along with the aging of the adhesive, and then the adhesive falls off; the connecting device of the FRP sleeve transforms the linear load along the seam in the FRP sleeve into a plurality of concentrated loads, and the connecting device can also be corroded to lose efficacy. A self-made FRP strip is adopted, an FRP woven mesh is woven on site and coated with a matrix medium to form an FRP sleeve, and ultra-high performance concrete is poured on the inner side of the sleeve. The FRP sleeve manufactured according to the scheme is integrated, higher bearing capacity can be provided, workers with special skills are not needed, and cost is saved.
本发明涉及一种钢筋混凝土柱采用FRP材料的加固施工方法,属于土木建筑、桥梁工程、古建筑、水利工程领域的给水排水工程等施工技术领域。钢筋混凝土柱当采用FRP套筒法加固时,目前要么用FRP布多层缠绕并粘贴,要么FRP布拼接并在竖向接缝处用夹具等作为连接装置。前者长时间后随着粘贴胶的老化会粘胶失效,进而脱落;后者的连接装置将FRP套筒中沿接缝处的线荷载转化成了多个集中荷载,且连接装置也会腐蚀失效。本发明采用自制的FRP条带,现场编织FRP编织网,涂敷基体介质后成为FRP套筒,套筒内侧浇筑超高性能混凝土。本方案制作的FRP套筒为一体的,可提供更大的承载能力,且不需要特殊技能的工人,节约成本。
