Electronic frame lock
An electronic frame lock has a control device configured to, starting from an open position of a circular hoop of the frame lock, control a motor to rotate a cam into a release position based on a closing command, and thus move a latch preloaded into a locked position into an unlocked position; the motor is then controlled to rotate the cam into a preloaded position in which the latch is released for movement toward the unlocked position; and, upon detecting the closed position of the circular hoop, controlling the motor to rotate the cam into a blocking position in which the cam secures the latch in the locked position.
