Rapid assessment and route planning method for trafficability of special heavy vehicle bridge
The invention discloses a method for rapidly evaluating the trafficability of a special heavy vehicle bridge and planning a route. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a special vehicle model library: describing a special vehicle model by using characteristic parameters such as vehicle outer contour size, axle load, wheelbase and wheel track, turning radius and sweeping width; establishing a bridge trafficability basic database; selecting a representative bridge structure to carry out a lightweight load test, and comparing and verifying trafficability judgment results of the two; establishing a bridge trafficability result database, and comparing to-be-calculated special vehicle and route bridge basic information base data with a bridge trafficability basic database; the bridge position is matched with navigation software route information. Compared with the prior art, methods and the like, the method has the advantages that the accuracy of bridge passing evaluation results is improved, and the problems that key dangerous bridge trafficability result judgment is lacked, a trafficability response scheme cannot be quickly established, the vehicle passing judgment efficiency is low and the like are solved.
本发明公开了一种特种重车桥梁通过性快速评估及路线规划方法,包括以下步骤:建立特种车辆模型库:以车辆外轮廓尺寸、轴重、轴距及轮距、转弯半径及扫过宽度特征参数描述特种车辆模型;建立桥梁通过性基础数据库;选取代表性桥梁结构进行轻量化荷载试验,对比与验证两者的通过性判断结果;建立桥梁通过性结果数据库,将待计算特种车辆和路线桥梁基础信息库数据,比对桥梁通过性基础数据库;桥梁位置匹配导航软件路线信息。该方法相较于现有技术、方法等,提高了桥梁通过评估结果准确率,解决了缺失重点危险桥梁通过性结果判断、无法快速建立通过性响应方案、车辆通行判断效率低等问题。
