The invention relates to a device for adjusting the anchoring of a sleeper (1) on a support (2), comprising at least:-an anchoring pin (3) connected to the support (2),-a through-hole (11) in the sleeper through which the anchoring pin (3) passes,-a cover (4) positioned so as to close the opening of the through-hole (11) and against the upper surface of the sleeper (1),-a fastening mechanism (5) cooperating on one hand with the anchoring pin (3) and on the other hand with the anchoring pin (3). On the other hand, it is supported by the surface of the cover (4); -a mechanism (6) for adjusting the position of the aperture (41) in the cover (4) relative to the sleeper (1), the mechanism (6) comprising an arrangement of grooves (42) on the lower surface of the cover (4) and cooperating with a complementary arrangement (72) carried by the upper surface of the sleeper (1).
