The cylinder lock can be simply assembled and disassembled. The cylinder lock has a cylindrical housing, a bridge, and a cam. In the cylindrical housing, the first lock pin is fixedly received in the lock pin hole. The locking pin transversely passes through a cylindrical recess in the cylindrical housing. The first cylindrical end portion of the bridge portion is provided with a locking pin recess and a flat side extending from at least a free end portion of the first cylindrical end portion of the bridge portion away from a central portion of the bridge portion to the first locking pin recess and including the first locking pin recess. By inserting the first cylindrical end of the bridge into a cylindrical recess in the cylindrical housing and by rotating the bridge by an angle, the bridge may be simply connected with the cylindrical housing such that the locking pin extends in a locking pin recess in the bridge. Afterwards, the assembled whole can be locked through a locking bolt.
