The invention provides modified steel slag particles and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing steel slag with acid, standing, and pouring out the acid to obtain pretreated steel slag; and (2) flushing and/or soaking the pretreated steel slag obtained in the step (1) by adopting a solution containing a surfactant, and drying to obtain the modified steel slag particles. The acid soaking process is adopted to catalyze, passivate and eliminate alkaline dissolved substances of the steel slag, and then the steel slag particles are treated after the process of flushing the steel slag with concentrated soapy water. The main component of the soapy water is stearic acid, the stearic acid is used as a common surface modifier and can be combined with the steel slag particles through chemical bonds, so that the surface properties of the steel slag particles are changed, the effect of sealing steel slag pores is achieved, and the modification method is simple in step, low in modification cost and beneficial to subsequent large-scale popularization and application.
本发明提供一种改性钢渣颗粒及其制备方法，包括如下步骤：(1)将钢渣与酸混合，静置，倒出酸后，得到预处理钢渣；(2)采用含有表面活性剂的溶液冲洗和/或浸泡步骤(1)得到的预处理钢渣，烘干，得到改性钢渣颗粒。采用酸浸泡工艺起到催化、钝化消除钢渣碱性溶出物，进而使用浓肥皂水冲洗钢渣工艺后处理钢渣颗粒。肥皂水的主要成分为硬脂酸，硬脂酸作为一种常用的表面改性剂，能够通过化学键与钢渣颗粒的结合，从而改变钢渣颗粒的表面性质，起到封闭钢渣孔隙的作用，改性方法步骤简单，改性成本低，有利于后续大规模推广应用。
