The invention provides an efficient water-saving wall-mounted closestool, and relates to the technical field of sanitary products. A pot surface, a sewage inlet and a sewage discharge pipeline are formed in the toilet seat; the device further comprises a water jetting channel and a jetting channel. A buffering table surface positioned below the water sealing surface is formed on the pot surface, so that an artificial test body can conveniently enter the sewage inlet; the sewage inlet is connected with the buffer table board and the sewage discharge pipeline, and the sewage inlet is of a structure with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part; the blow-off pipeline is connected to the rear end of the sewage inlet and forms a turning part higher than the sewage inlet; the water jetting channel is arranged above the pot surface and is used for forming rotational flow at the pot surface for washing, and a siphon effect can be formed at the sewage inlet; and the spraying channel is arranged at the sewage inlet and is suitable for flushing water towards the sewage discharging pipeline so as to flush the artificial test body out of the turning part. By means of the scheme, the efficient and energy-saving effects can be achieved.
