The invention discloses a super high-rise steel frame-core tube building structure and a steel structure-core tube equal-height synchronous climbing construction system based on construction time variation. The super high-rise steel frame-core tube building structure comprises an embedded part overall installation system. Optimization design of fireproof joints between peripheral layers of the steel structure is carried out; the profiled steel sheet is free of a support system; an outer-frame-free same-layer construction system is adopted; a lantern frame system and a steel structure node optimization design are further included; and system supplementation is carried out through the design of an outer wall column protection frame body and the design of a material lifting platform. The method is based on a construction site, the two different materials of the concrete cylinder and the outer frame steel column work cooperatively through optimization design of the joints and optimization innovation of a construction system, and the technical problems that the construction period is long, the construction cost is high, and the construction potential safety hazard is large are solved.
