The invention discloses a concrete silo climbing rail slip form system which is characterized in that a part of a concrete wall body is poured by using a formwork body, two groups of wall-attached assemblies which are oppositely arranged are pre-buried on the concrete wall body in the vertical direction, two rails are fixedly connected with the two groups of wall-attached assemblies respectively, and a triangular support and a power unit are connected with the rails; the triangular support, the power unit and the track are related and can slide up and down, the platform device falls on the cross beam, the power unit is in a first working state and drives the triangular support to slide up repeatedly, and when the accumulated sliding height is the same as the height of the formwork body, a second layer of oppositely-arranged wall attaching assemblies is pre-buried in concrete below the formwork body; and the sliding formwork ascending construction is suspended, the power unit is in the second working state, and rail climbing operation is conducted. Through simultaneous operation of pre-embedding the wall-attached assembly and upward sliding and lifting, the sliding formwork system can be continuously lifted, and continuous operation is achieved, so that the construction efficiency of building the concrete silo is improved.
本发明公开了一种混凝土筒仓爬轨滑模体系,先使用模板本体浇筑部分混凝土墙体,并沿竖直方向在混凝土墙体上预埋相对布置的两组附墙组件,将两个轨道分别与两组附墙组件固定连接,将三角撑和动力单元与轨道相连接,三角撑、动力单元和轨道相关,可上下滑动,平台装置落在横梁上,动力单元处于第一工作状态,动力单元多次带动三角撑上滑,当累计滑升高度与模板本体高度相同时,在模板本体下方的混凝土中预埋第二层相对布置的附墙组件,暂停滑模上升施工,动力单元处于第二工作状态,进行轨道爬升作业。通过预埋附墙组件与向上滑升同时作业,能够实现不间断提升滑模体系,实现不间断作业,从而提高建造混凝土筒仓的施工效率。
