The invention discloses a concrete floor reinforcing method which comprises the following steps that a reinforcing area is selected on the top face of a concrete floor, a groove is formed in the reinforcing area, a plurality of embedded steel bars are embedded in the groove, a plurality of first structural steel bars are placed in the groove, and the top ends of the embedded steel bars and the first structural steel bars are mutually fixed; and finally, the groove provided with the first structural rib is subjected to filling treatment. When the reinforcing method of the concrete floor slab is used for reinforcing the concrete floor slab, after the structural ribs are additionally arranged in the reinforcing area, the tensile bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete beam to the concrete floor slab can be improved, and particularly, the tensile bearing capacity of the concrete floor slab can be improved on the basis that beam columns and concrete do not need to be additionally arranged; the risk that due to the fact that the construction quality is not tightly controlled and deviation exists in slab top steel bar construction, the tensile bearing capacity of a slab top is insufficient, and slab top concrete cracks is reduced, the construction process is simpler, and the construction difficulty is lower.
