According to the method, the relationship between the GIS historical settlement data and the GIS settlement data at the future moment is determined by establishing the settlement prediction model, the settlement data at the future moment is predicted through the historical settlement data, advanced prediction of GIS settlement is achieved, and settlement early warning is conducted according to the output result of the settlement prediction model.
