Underwater electric breaking hammer
The invention discloses an underwater electric breaking hammer, and relates to the technical field of breaking hammers. A linear output mechanism is arranged in the shell, a piston rod is inserted into the shell, the output end of the linear output mechanism is coaxially connected with the piston rod, and a hammer head is arranged at one end of the piston rod; the linear output mechanism is used for driving the hammer head to reciprocate in the axial direction of the piston rod. The underwater electric breaking hammer further comprises an isolation mechanism. The isolation mechanism is used for protecting the piston rod to reduce radial impact on the piston rod. By arranging the isolation mechanism, the part, extending out of the shell, of the piston rod is protected through the isolation mechanism, so that radial impact of water flow on the piston rod is reduced, eccentric load is prevented during movement of the piston rod, and abrasion is reduced; and meanwhile, the isolation mechanism can isolate and protect the position between the shell and the piston rod from the outside, so that the situation that when a wear gap between the shell and the piston rod is increased, sewage enters the shell, and influence on normal work of the linear output mechanism is prevented.
本发明公开了一种水下电动式破碎锤,涉及破碎锤技术领域,包括壳体;壳体内设置有直线输出机构,壳体上插接有活塞杆,直线输出机构的输出端与活塞杆同轴连接,活塞杆的一端设置有锤头;直线输出机构用于驱动锤头沿活塞杆的轴向往复运动;水下电动式破碎锤还包括隔离机构;隔离机构用于防护活塞杆,以减少活塞杆受到径向冲击。本发明通过设置隔离机构,即通过隔离机构对活塞杆伸出壳体的部分进行防护,以减少水流对活塞杆径向冲击,防止活塞杆运动时发生偏心负载,减少磨损;同时隔离机构可对壳体与活塞杆之间的位置与外界隔离防护,防止当壳体与活塞杆之间磨损缝隙增大时,造成污水进入壳体内,防止对直线输出机构的正常工作造成影响。
