The vacuum glass packaging equipment comprises a shell, a vacuum cavity and a sealing device, wherein the shell is provided with a vacuum cavity in a surrounding manner; the vacuum pipeline is arranged in a manner of penetrating through the shell and is communicated with the vacuum cavity; the conveying mechanism is mounted in the vacuum cavity and is used for placing and conveying the coated vacuum glass along a first direction; the microwave generator is used for generating microwaves; the first end of the waveguide tube is connected to the microwave generator, and the second end of the waveguide tube extends to the position above the transmission mechanism; the first end of the reflecting net is connected to the pipe wall of the second end of the waveguide pipe, and the second end of the reflecting net is connected to the conveying mechanism, so that the microwave energy is reflected and propagated between the reflecting net and the vacuum glass coating film.
