According to the self-compacting phosphogypsum road base material, the properties of phosphogypsum and a cementing material are fully exerted, the filling slump expansion index of the formed self-compacting phosphogypsum road base material reaches SF1 level (550-655 mm), the expansion time T500 index reaches VS1 level (larger than or equal to 2 s), the 28-day compressive strength is larger than or equal to 8 MPa, the water softening coefficient is larger than or equal to 85%, and the water absorption rate is smaller than or equal to 10%.
