The invention discloses a thermal insulation composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the thermal insulation composite material provided by the invention comprises the following steps: enabling alkoxy silane and a surfactant aqueous solution to form a uniform emulsion, enabling an inorganic thermal insulation matrix to adsorb the emulsion, and removing a solvent after gelatinization to obtain the thermal insulation composite material, the surfactant aqueous solution is an aqueous solution containing a multi-block polyurethane surfactant and a cationic surfactant, and the volume concentration of the hollow microspheres in the emulsion is greater than or equal to 60%. The emulsion is mainly composed of silane precursor vesicle particles, has ultrahigh volume concentration, and is adsorbed by using an inorganic heat-insulating matrix, so that the vesicles form silicon dioxide hollow spheres in pores of the inorganic heat-insulating matrix, thereby obtaining the heat-insulating composite material taking the silicon dioxide hollow spheres as the heat-insulating filler. Compared with a conventional glass mat, the thermal insulation composite material has the advantage that the thermal conductivity is effectively reduced.
本发明公开了一种保温复合材料及其制备方法和应用。本发明所提供的保温复合材料的制备方法包括如下步骤:使烷氧基硅烷与表面活性剂水溶液形成均匀的乳液,使无机隔热基体吸附所述乳液,凝胶化后除去溶剂,得到所述保温复合材料,所述表面活性剂水溶液为含有多嵌段聚氨酯表面活性剂和阳离子表面活性剂的水溶液,所述乳液中中空微球的体积浓度≥60%。上述乳液主要由硅烷前驱体囊泡颗粒构成,具有超高的体积浓度,使用无机隔热基体吸附所述乳液,使得囊泡在无机隔热基体的孔隙中形成二氧化硅空心球,从而得到以二氧化硅空心球为隔热填料的保温复合材料。本发明的保温复合材料与常规的玻璃毡相比有效地降低了热导率。
