The invention discloses impregnant asphalt for a carbon/carbon composite material and a preparation method and application of the impregnant asphalt. The preparation method comprises the following steps that S1, asphalt raw materials are put into a reaction kettle to be heated and melted, and the melted raw materials are conveyed into a first-stage reaction kettle to be subjected to condensation polymerization; s2, standing and settling a reaction product after the polycondensation reaction, cutting out a sinking material from the bottom, and taking an upper-layer light material as a master batch for impregnant asphalt; and S3, feeding the upper-layer light material into a second-stage reaction kettle, and carrying out condensation polymerization reaction to obtain the impregnant asphalt for the carbon/carbon composite material. The production process is efficient and stable, the quality is controllable, industrial production can be realized, the preparation cost is low, the preparation period is short, and the carbon/carbon composite material produced by using the impregnant asphalt is stable in microstructure and high in controllability.
本发明公开了一种碳/碳复合材料用的浸渍剂沥青及其制备方法和应用，其中制备方法包括以下步骤：S1，将沥青原料投入至反应釜中加热熔化，将熔化后的原料送至一级反应釜内进行缩聚反应；S2，将缩聚反应后的反应产物静置沉降后，从底部切出下沉物料，上层轻料作为浸渍剂沥青用母料；S3，将上层轻料送至二级反应釜内进行缩聚反应，获得碳/碳复合材料用的浸渍剂沥青。本发明的生产工艺高效稳定、质量可控、可实现工业化生产，且制备成本低廉、制备周期短，利用浸渍剂沥青生产的碳/碳复合材料微观结构稳定、可控性强。
