The invention relates to a preparation method of a texture enamel base plate and an enamel decorative plate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: spraying glaze on the surface of a formed steel plate base material and sintering to form a bottom color glaze layer; spraying texture glaze on the ground color glaze layer to form a texture glaze coating; forming uneven texture patterns on the texture glaze coating by using a texture tool; and sintering at a first temperature for a first time to form the texture enamel substrate. The enamel decorative plate comprises a texture enamel base plate and a back plate, the back plate is arranged on the back face of the texture enamel base plate, and a gap between the back plate and the texture enamel base plate is filled with a sealing piece. The texture patterns formed on the enamel decorative plate have a texture effect and an artistic effect which are better in perception.
