The top of the supporting structure is in bolted connection with a square pipe. The plurality of square tubes form a square frame structure; a main water pipe is mounted on the outer side of the square pipe; the main water pipe is communicated with a watering cart through a hose; the outer ring of the main water pipe is uniformly connected with a plurality of shunt pipes; a nozzle is mounted at the bottom end of the flow dividing pipe; after ground installation is completed, a crane is used for hoisting the maintenance device to the top face of the bridge pier column, the flow dividing pipes are distributed on the periphery of the bridge pier column, water outlets of the nozzles face the outer wall of the bridge pier column, a watering cart is used for pumping clean water into the main water pipe, and then flow dividing is conducted through the flow dividing pipes; the water is uniformly sprayed to the outer wall of the bridge pier column for maintenance through a clear water tank nozzle; therefore, the maintenance effect of the bridge pier column is improved, the phenomenon of leakage during maintenance is reduced, and the probability of danger of workers is reduced.
