According to the prefabricated hollow pipe pile for enhancing the bearing capacity of the coral sand field and the construction method, a hollow pipe pile body comprises a pile A and a pile B, and the pile B is arranged at the tail end of the pile A; a prefabricated pile tip is arranged at the front end of the pile A, an embedding groove is formed in the tail of the pile A, an embedding plug is arranged at the front end of the pile B and matched with the embedding groove, a UHPC grouting sleeve is embedded in the embedding groove, anchoring steel bars are arranged in the embedding groove, the anchoring steel bars are exposed out of the embedding plug, and flange plates are arranged on the outer side walls of the embedding plug and the embedding groove. Slurry outlets are formed in the outer surfaces of the pile bodies A and B and are connected with the grouting channel; one end of the grouting channel communicates with the grout outlet, the other end of the grouting channel communicates with a grouting opening in the tail of the hollow pipe pile body, and the grouting channel on the connecting end face is connected through a pipeline connector. The problem that in the prior art, due to the fact that coral sand foundation bearing capacity is insufficient, an upper building is damaged can be solved, under the condition that the pile body strength is guaranteed, using of concrete materials is greatly reduced, the pile body manufacturing cost is reduced, and meanwhile the bearing capacity of the pile body is improved.
本发明的一种用于珊瑚砂场地承载力增强的预制空心管桩及施工方法,空心管桩体包括A桩和B桩,B桩设置在A桩尾端;A桩的前端有预制桩尖,A桩尾部有嵌入槽,B桩的前端设有嵌入插头,插头与嵌入槽相适配,嵌入槽内预埋UHPC灌浆套筒,内部设置锚固钢筋,嵌入插头出露锚固钢筋,嵌入插头与嵌入槽外侧壁设置法兰盘;A、B桩桩体外表面设置有出浆口连接注浆通道;注浆通道一端连通出浆口,另一端连通空心管桩体尾部的注浆口,在连接端面注浆通道使用管道连接器连接。本发明可解决现有技术中针对珊瑚砂地基承载力不足导致上部建筑发生破坏的难题,在保证桩身强度的条件下,大幅减少对混凝土材料的使用,降低桩体造价的同时提高桩体的承载能力。
