The automatic pile forming equipment comprises a fixing plate, a screw rod and a grouting pipe, a disc is arranged on the left side of the fixing plate, and the screw rod and the grouting pipe are in transmission connection with the disc; an L-shaped connecting plate is arranged below the fixing plate, a multi-section telescopic rod mechanism extending in the left-right direction is fixedly arranged on the right side of the L-shaped connecting plate, a plurality of first driving devices extending in the left-right direction are arranged on the multi-section telescopic rod mechanism, and clamping limiting mechanisms are arranged on output shafts of the first driving devices; the clamping limiting mechanism is used for clamping the column core to be inserted into a pile hole; through the arrangement of the multi-section telescopic rod mechanism and the multiple clamping and limiting mechanisms, when the column cores are inserted into a pile hole, the column cores do not need to be inserted one by one, and only the multi-section telescopic rod mechanism needs to be stretched to drive the multiple clamping and limiting mechanisms to stretch out and draw back uniformly, so that the multiple column cores can be inserted into the pile hole at the same time; therefore, the purpose of improving the salary efficiency is achieved.
本发明提供一种适用于水泥土复合桩的自动化成桩设备,包括固定板、螺旋杆和灌浆管,固定板的左侧设有圆盘,螺旋杆和灌浆管分别与圆盘传动连接;固定板的下方设有L型连接板,L型连接板的右侧固定设有沿左右方向延伸的多节伸缩杆机构,多节伸缩杆机构上设有多个沿左右方向延伸的第一驱动装置,第一驱动装置的输出轴上设有夹持限位机构,夹持限位机构用于夹持柱芯插入桩孔内;通过多节伸缩杆机构和多个夹持限位机构的设置,使得当在插入桩孔内时,不需要在一个接着一个的插入,只需要将多节伸缩杆机构伸展,从而带动多个夹持限位机构均匀伸缩,进而可以实现多个柱芯同时插入桩孔内,以达到提高工资效率的目的。
