The invention discloses an automatic recharge system for a foundation pit dewatering well, which comprises a dewatering well, a water pump, an automatic recharge device, a water pump, an automatic recharge device and an automatic recharge device, and is characterized in that the dewatering well is internally provided with a water pump; a low liquid level sensor, a high liquid level sensor, a pressure sensor, a flange sheet and a circular plate are arranged in the recharge well; the flange piece is welded to a wellhead of the recharge well, and the circular plate is connected with the flange piece through bolts and used for sealing the recharge well. The invention further discloses an automatic recharge method for the foundation pit dewatering well. The construction efficiency is improved, and the construction period of foundation pit dewatering engineering is shortened.
