The invention relates to a waterproof, moisture-proof and mildew-proof construction process for a basement, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: 1, cleaning wall surfaces and ground of the basement; 2, detecting whether the cleaned wall surface and ground of the basement are flat or not; 3, the wall surfaces and the ground of the basement are subjected to drying treatment, and then spacer primer coating treatment is conducted; 4, after the spacer primer is dried, the surface of the spacer primer is coated with waterproof finish paint; and 5, curing and drying until complete curing, thereby finishing the construction. For waterproof construction of the basement, the environment-friendly water-based double-layer coating is adopted for construction. Wherein the spacer primer is an epoxy water-based coating which is a varnish coating with relatively high cohesiveness, so that the spacer primer can be well bonded with concrete; the waterproof finishing paint is an acrylic acid water-based paint adopting a novel formula, and not only has excellent waterproofness, but also has relatively high strength and relatively good mildew resistance.
本发明涉及一种地下室防水防潮防霉施工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:第1步,对地下室的墙面和地面进行清理;第2步,检测清洁后的地下室的墙面和地面是否平整;第3步,将地下室的墙面和地面进行干燥处理,然后进行间隔底漆涂覆处理;第4步,待间隔底漆干燥后,在间隔底漆的表面涂覆防水面漆;第5步,养护干燥直至完全固化,即完成施工。本发明对于地下室的防水施工,采用的是环保的水性双层涂料进行施工。其中,间隔底漆为环氧水性涂料,为粘结性较强的清漆涂料,使与混凝土有较好的粘合;防水面漆为采用了新型的配方的丙烯酸水性涂料,不仅有优异的防水性,还具有较高的强度和较好的防霉性。
