The supporting foundation structure suitable for the frozen soil region comprises a pile foundation cylinder, a pile foundation cylinder top seat, a pile foundation cylinder base and a frost heaving piercing mechanism, the pile foundation cylinder top seat is fixedly installed at the top of the pile foundation cylinder, and the pile foundation cylinder top seat is used for being connected with a to-be-supported target; a pile foundation cylinder base is arranged at the bottom of the pile foundation cylinder, and a plurality of threaded drill rod assemblies are arranged on the pile foundation cylinder base and used for being fixed to a foundation. The frost heaving piercing mechanism is fixedly installed on the cylinder wall of the pile foundation cylinder. When frost heaving happens to a soil body, under the effect of frost heaving, the transverse anchor rod of the frost heaving piercing mechanism can transversely pierce into the soil body outwards, so that the pile foundation cylinder and the surrounding soil body are anchored together. In addition, due to the fact that the inner diameter of the vertical straight pipe section of the frost heaving piercing mechanism is larger than the inner diameter of the top bent pipe section, even if the soil body frost heaving deformation is small, the transverse anchor rod can generate large transverse piercing displacement.
