The shuttlecock feather rods penetrate through the anchoring holes of the heat preservation plate and are connected with the shuttlecock supporting pieces through the connecting bolts and the connecting nuts, the shuttlecock supporting pieces are tightly attached to the outer side face of the heat preservation plate to be fixed, and the shuttlecock feather rods abut against the inner side edges or the inner side faces of the anchoring holes to be fixed. After installation, the inner sides of the anchoring holes are opened towards the frame pouring space, the outer sides of the anchoring holes are closed but exhaust can be achieved, and the anchoring holes, the heat preservation plates and the common formworks define an integrated pouring space. By means of the technical scheme, insulation board anchoring and frame synchronous cast-in-place are achieved, the problem of falling of an insulation layer is thoroughly solved, and the same service life of insulation and the structure is truly achieved; meanwhile, the selectable range of the thermal insulation material is expanded due to the increase of the anchoring capacity, the method is particularly suitable for construction of inorganic thermal insulation boards with large weights, and energy conservation, fire prevention and safety can be better achieved at the same time.
