The invention relates to a built-in heat preservation cast-in-place concrete system which comprises a heat preservation system for a shear wall and a heat preservation system for an infilled wall. According to the heat preservation system for the shear wall, a welding steel wire net frame is connected with one side of a heat preservation plate through a special connecting piece, the other side of the heat preservation plate is connected with shear wall steel bars, and concrete is poured on the two sides at the same time, so that a built-in heat preservation cast-in-place concrete system is formed; according to the heat preservation system for the infilled wall, a welded steel wire net frame is connected with the two sides of a heat preservation plate through special connecting pieces, concrete is poured on the two sides at the same time, and therefore a built-in heat preservation cast-in-place concrete system is formed. The insulation board and the cast-in-place concrete structure are integrally constructed, the insulation board is arranged in the concrete wall, and the service life of the insulation board can be the same as that of a building.
