The invention discloses a prefabricated concrete stand column structure and a construction method thereof.The concrete stand column structure comprises a prefabricated concrete stand column body, a prefabricated pagoda bearing platform and a steel structure bracket used for being assembled with the prefabricated concrete stand column body, and a steel clamping plate is arranged at the position, matched with the steel structure bracket, of the prefabricated concrete stand column body; bolts penetrate through opposite-penetrating screw holes penetrating through the prefabricated concrete stand column body and the steel clamping plate to assemble and connect the steel structure bracket, and bent anchor steel bars used for being matched with mounting holes of the prefabricated pagoda bearing platform are arranged on the prefabricated concrete stand column body in the direction perpendicular to the axis. According to the prefabricated concrete stand column, the steel clamping plates and the prefabricated concrete stand column body are integrally formed, and steel structure brackets of different structures and different specifications can be locked and fixed by arranging bolts in the opposite-penetrating screw holes in a penetrating mode; the prefabricated concrete stand columns can be efficiently machined in batches, and then the production efficiency is improved.
