Novel fixing device for prestressed corrugated pipeline
The invention provides a novel fixing device for a prestressed corrugated pipeline, and relates to the technical field of corrugated pipe fixing. The novel fixing device comprises a steel plate, a bent steel bar, a first hinge component, a second hinge component, a first sleeve component and a second sleeve component, wherein the bent steel bar, the first hinge component and the second hinge component are connected to the steel plate, the first sleeve component is connected to the first hinge component, and the second sleeve component is connected to the second hinge component. A channel allowing a corrugated pipe to penetrate through is formed between the bent steel bar and the steel plate. The sleeve member is configured as an annular member provided with at least one opening. The hinge component is configured to drive the opening of the sleeve component to be closed. The first hinge component and the second hinge component are arranged on the two sides of the steel plate correspondingly, so that the first sleeve component and the second sleeve component can be fixed to steel bars on the two sides of the steel plate in a sleeving mode correspondingly. The novel fixing device can ensure that the inner side is stably fixed, and the situations of welding shortage, missing, falling off and the like of the positioning rib are avoided.
