A main body of the dustproof cover is a cover body, and the dustproof cover is characterized in that a shaft edge at one end of the cover body is hinged and fixed to bosses symmetrically arranged at the two ends of a base at a lock body through pins, the bosses are hinged seats of the lock body, the bosses are square, and when the cover body is opened to be slightly larger than 90 degrees, the cover body abuts against the tops of the bosses of the base in a limited mode; a clamp spring is arranged at the bottom of the other symmetrical end of the cover body on one side of the base, a raised fixing buckle is arranged on the base corresponding to the clamp spring, and a waterproof gasket is arranged in a groove in the middle of the bottom of the cover body on one side of the base; and when the snap spring of the cover body and the fixing buckle of the base are covered and buckled and fixed, the groove of the cover body and the waterproof gasket in the groove are aligned and sealed with the lock cylinder and the key hole which are bulged on the plane of the base.
本发明涉及一种锁具翻盖式防尘盖，是针对解决现有同类产品的防尘盖结构设计欠佳导致打开后定位效果差并易掰断，及关闭后扣合固定效果和防水不佳，及应用的手柄平面锁结构欠佳的技术问题。该防尘盖的主体为盖体，其要点是所述盖体一端的轴边通过销子铰接固定于锁体处基座两端对称设置的凸台，所述凸台为所述锁体的铰接座，所述凸台呈正方形，盖体打开至略大于90度时，盖体限位相抵于基座的凸台顶部；基座一侧的盖体对称另一端底部设有卡簧，卡簧对应的基座处设有凸起的固定扣，基座一侧的盖体底部中间凹槽内设有防水垫圈；盖体的卡簧与基座的固定扣盖合并卡扣固定时，盖体的凹槽及凹槽内防水垫圈与基座处平面凸起的锁芯及钥匙孔对齐密封。
