本发明涉及光伏管桩技术领域,本发明提供一种光伏管桩的制造方法及光伏管桩,本发明的光伏管桩所用混凝土配比材料中,加入传统光伏管桩配比原材料中所没有的复合免蒸材料、膨胀剂、抗裂纤维、阻锈剂、金属纤维、石英砂等其它材料,混凝土强度等级由传统光伏管桩的C60与C80提高到C100以上,混凝土最高等级可达到C120,相较于传统的光伏管桩,大大提高了对砂砾层的穿透性能,有效减少施工前后出现的开裂现象,提高耐久性能的同时,也有效提高桩身承载力,更好适应现有光伏管桩多用于西部盐碱高腐蚀地带,以及中东部的水上特殊环境,延长设计使用年限。
