The retarder is a solid retarder after inorganic and organic hybridization, has the characteristics of efficient adsorption of organic materials and filling and enhancement of inorganic materials, and is good in stability and excellent in performance, so that the problems that the retarder is poor in stability, poor in thickening linear relation and slow in top strength development at high temperature and high pressure are solved.
