The PIP (dipping-cracking) process and filler addition can slow down the volume shrinkage of a matrix, improve the carbon yield, increase the density, reduce the abrasion of the carbon-ceramic brake disc in the braking process, obtain a large-area continuous friction film, improve the braking stability of the brake disc and obtain a friction coefficient with high stability; the problems that in the braking process of a carbon ceramic brake disc, the friction coefficient shakes, braking is unstable, and the abrasion loss is large are solved.
