The invention discloses a steplessly adjustable pedestrian wood pavement keel supporting device and a construction method thereof, the steplessly adjustable pedestrian wood pavement keel supporting device comprises a base plate mounted on a concrete foundation, and a vertically arranged connecting plug is formed on the base plate; the height of the supporting assembly is adjustable, a socket hole is formed in the lower portion of the supporting assembly, the connecting plug is inserted into the socket hole, and the upper portion of the supporting assembly is connected with an upper lug plate; the upper portion of the bearing piece is provided with a containing through groove allowing a keel to be embedded, the lower portion of the bearing piece is connected with a lower lug plate, the lower lug plate is pivoted to the upper lug plate in an angle-adjustable mode through a damping rotating shaft, and arc-shaped scale marks arranged in the circumferential direction of the damping rotating shaft are formed on the upper lug plate. An indication line arranged along the radial direction of the damping rotating shaft is formed on the lower lug plate; and the locking piece is used for locking the keel and is mounted on the bearing piece. The problems that according to an existing wood paving method, keels are difficult to level, and slopes are difficult to find are solved.
