The invention relates to the technical field of road maintenance, in particular to an anti-corrosion and anti-seepage construction method of a bridge anti-collision wall for road maintenance, which comprises the following steps: during bridge asphalt felt construction, cutting asphalt felt into a strip with the width of 40cm, heating and softening the asphalt felt by using a blast lamp and other heating tools, and adhering the asphalt felt to a cleaned pitted surface at the lower part of the anti-collision wall; the adhesion height is about 30 cm, meanwhile, after the joint of the anti-collision wall and the bridge deck is cleaned, the asphalt felt is adhered to a bridge deck pavement layer by 10 cm, the adhered part is subjected to secondary heating after adhesion, firm and dense adhesion is ensured, and water, snow and a snow melting agent are completely prevented from invading the anti-collision wall and a gap in the lower portion of the anti-collision wall by means of the waterproof and anti-corrosion characteristics of the asphalt felt; and corrosion to the anti-collision wall and infiltration of bridge floor water are avoided.
