A discharging opening is formed in the material collecting box, the discharging opening is communicated with the material collecting box, a second discharging opening is formed in the top of the material collecting box, a pump mechanism is further arranged in the material collecting box and can pump out concrete in the material collecting box from the second discharging opening, and an opening and closing mechanism is arranged in the discharging opening. When the concrete needs to be supplied temporarily, the opening and closing mechanism can open the discharging opening, the conveying blade continues to operate, and the concrete is stored in the material collecting box through the discharging opening. Due to the fact that the concrete in the conveying blades still continuously flows, the situation that the concrete stands still and is solidified in the conveying barrel is not prone to occurring.
