The construction method comprises the following steps that a plurality of first deep hole grooves are formed in the extending direction of the waterproof curtain at intervals, the cross section of each first deep hole groove is of a rectangular structure, and each first deep hole groove is provided with a length side and a width side; first impermeable films are laid on the four side faces and the bottom face of the first deep hole groove; a first concrete component is poured in the first deep hole groove; a second deep hole groove is formed between every two adjacent first deep hole grooves, the cross section of each second deep hole groove is of a rectangular structure, and each second deep hole groove is provided with a length side and a width side; cutting the first impermeable film on the width side of the first deep hole groove along the central line, and unfolding the first impermeable film towards the length side of the first deep hole groove; second impermeable films are laid on the two side faces and the bottom face of the length side of the second deep hole groove, and the first impermeable films are in lap joint; and a second concrete component is poured in the second deep hole groove. According to the construction method, it can be guaranteed that the constructed waterproof curtain has the excellent anti-permeation performance, and the engineering requirements are met.
