The invention discloses a water seal device, a manufacturing method of the water seal device and a special drainage system. The water seal device can be rapidly manufactured by using existing materials in a use place, can meet the requirements of the special drainage system, is convenient and rapid to manufacture and can shorten the production cycle of the water seal device. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: respectively manufacturing a water inlet pipe (1), a water outlet pipe (2) and a sleeve (3) by taking a pipeline which is available on site and can meet the requirements of the special sewer system as a raw material in a use place; the lower end of the water inlet pipe (1) extends into the sleeve (3) from the upper port of the sleeve (3); manufacturing a first sealing plate (41); a through hole is formed in the side wall of the sleeve (3), the position of the through hole is located above the lower port of the water inlet pipe (1), and the water outlet pipe (2) is inserted into the sleeve (3) through the through hole; and manufacturing a second sealing plate (42).
