A column end sealing plate is fixedly arranged at the end, connected with a steel beam, of a steel stand column in a prefabricated mode, a lower annular plate is fixedly arranged on the side, close to the steel stand column, of the column end sealing plate in a prefabricated mode, a reserved inserting opening is formed in the position, to be connected with the steel beam, of the periphery of the column end sealing plate, and a plurality of reserved bolt holes are formed in the two sides of the reserved inserting opening correspondingly; steel beam reserved bolt holes are formed in the corresponding positions of flange plates of the steel beam, the lower annular plate makes contact with the flange plate on the side, away from the column end sealing plate, of the steel beam, a plurality of reserved bolt holes and steel beam reserved bolt holes corresponding in position are pre-formed in the lower annular plate and the steel beam respectively, and the steel beam is fixedly connected with the column end sealing plate and the lower annular plate only through a plurality of bolts. On the premise that the node quality is guaranteed, the construction efficiency is improved through modular construction, and accurate positioning of the steel beams and the stand columns is facilitated.
