The invention provides a hoisting device and a hoisting construction method, and the hoisting device comprises a track which is laid on the surface of a roof steel structure; the tool trolley is detachably arranged on the track and can move along the track; the lifting system is arranged on the tool trolley so as to lift and hoist the unit plate; and the two leveling systems are suspended at the top of the tool trolley and are respectively arranged on the two sides of the lifting system so as to adjust the mounting angle of the hoisting unit plate. When the hoisting device is used for hoisting construction, normal use of a tower crane is not occupied, other hoisting work is not affected, and benefits are high; building construction of floors under the roof is not affected, simultaneous operation can be achieved, and the construction period is shortened; and the method is not limited by application scenes, high requirements on the flatness and the bearing capacity of a traveling surface when a truck crane and a crawler crane are used for hoisting are avoided, and the applicability is good.
本发明提供了一种吊装装置及吊装施工方法,所述吊装装置包括一轨道,被铺设于屋盖钢结构表面;一工装小车,可拆卸设置于轨道上,并可沿轨道进行运动;一提升系统,设置于工装小车上,以提升吊装单元板块;两个调平系统,均悬挂于工装小车的顶部,并分别设置于提升系统的两侧,以调整吊装单元板块的安装角度。基于本发明的吊装装置进行吊装施工,不会占用塔吊的正常使用,不影响其余吊装工作的开展,效益高;不影响屋盖下楼层的建筑施工,可同时作业,节省工期;不受适用场景局限,不存在采用汽车吊及履带吊进行吊装时对行车面平整度及承载力高要求,适用性好。
