Method for improving activity of fluorgypsum and fluorgypsum product
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to a method for improving the activity of fluorgypsum and a fluorgypsum product. The method for improving the activity of the fluorgypsum comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing fluorgypsum powder, water and calcium oxide to obtain fluorgypsum slurry; (2) adding sodium molybdate dihydrate into the fluorgypsum slurry, and uniformly mixing to obtain fluorgypsum neat slurry; and (3) curing the fluorine gypsum neat paste to obtain the fluorine gypsum product. The sodium molybdate dihydrate adopted in the invention can hydrate dispersed and granular anhydrite to form closely interlaced prismatic dihydrate gypsum, and can form a compact calcium molybdate layer, so that the obtained fluorgypsum product has excellent mechanical properties in the early stage and the later stage, has no scumming phenomenon, and can replace natural gypsum to be used for producing gypsum boards.
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种提高氟石膏活性的方法及氟石膏制品。本发明的提高氟石膏活性的方法,包括下述步骤:(1)将氟石膏粉、水和氧化钙混合均匀,得到氟石膏浆液;(2)向所述氟石膏浆液中加入二水钼酸钠,混合均匀,得到氟石膏净浆;(3)对所述氟石膏净浆进行养护,得到氟石膏制品。本发明采用的二水钼酸钠可以使分散、颗粒状的无水石膏水化形成紧密交织的棱柱状二水石膏,且可以形成致密的钼酸钙层,得到的氟石膏制品前期和后期的力学性能优异,无泛霜现象,可以替代天然石膏用于生产石膏板。
