The roadbed compaction device comprises a compaction vehicle, and a compaction lifting assembly and a compaction roller are arranged on the compaction vehicle; the compaction lifting assembly comprises a lifting box, a first motor, a transmission screw, a lifting supporting plate, a limiting sliding block and a connecting sliding block. The first motor is arranged at the top of the lifting box, the output end of the first motor penetrates through the top of the lifting box and is mechanically connected with the top end of the transmission screw, and the bottom end of the transmission screw is rotationally connected with the bottom wall of the inner side of the lifting box; the lifting supporting plate is arranged on the transmission screw in a sleeving mode and is in threaded connection with the transmission screw, limiting sliding blocks are arranged on the two sides of the lifting supporting plate, and the lifting supporting plate is in sliding connection with the inner side wall of the lifting box through the limiting sliding blocks; a connecting slide block is arranged at the front end of the lifting support plate; one end, far away from the lifting support plate, of the connecting slide block is connected with the compaction roller; and the position of the compaction roller can be correspondingly adjusted according to the height of the road surface, so that the compaction requirements of different road surfaces are met.
