Construction method of bottom-sealing-free prefabricated expanded bore pile
The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, equipment enters a site, and pile positions are marked according to construction requirements; s2, the bottom end of the prefabricated pipe pile is not sealed, after the prefabricated pipe pile is pressed downwards to a designed bearing stratum at the pile position, the topsoil in the hollow part of the prefabricated pipe pile is taken out, and the soil taking depth exceeds the bottom end of the prefabricated pipe pile; or penetrating a force transmission hammer into the hollow part of the prefabricated pipe pile, and pressing the force transmission hammer and the prefabricated pipe pile to the designed bearing stratum; s3, filling materials are put into the hollow part of the prefabricated pipe pile in batches, a force transmission hammer with the length larger than that of the prefabricated pipe pile extends into the hollow part of the prefabricated pipe pile, the force transmission hammer extrudes the filling materials in a downward pressing, spinning or hammering mode, and the filling materials form a compacted expanded head at the bottom of the prefabricated pipe pile; and S4, concrete is poured into the hollow part of the prefabricated pipe pile to form an inner pile. The bottom of the prefabricated pipe pile is not sealed, holes are not guided in advance, the pile descending efficiency can be improved, and the pile end bearing capacity can be ensured after soil is taken in the hollow part of the prefabricated pipe pile.
