The adjusting assemblies pre-clamp the steel pipe chord members and the steel pipe web members, so that after the other ends of the steel pipe chord members and the steel pipe web members are connected with other structures, stress of the steel pipe chord members and the steel pipe web members is released through the adjusting assemblies, and deformation of the steel pipe chord members and the steel pipe web members is reduced; and finally, the steel pipe chord member and the steel pipe web member are welded on the steel pipe cylinder to complete connection, so that the phenomenon that the other ends of the steel pipe chord member and the steel pipe web member cannot be accurately connected with other structures due to the fact that the positions of the steel pipe chord member and the steel pipe web member deviate when the steel pipe chord member and the steel pipe web member are welded firstly is avoided.
