The formwork-free high-ductility concrete constructional column formwork comprises a first high-ductility concrete prefabricated part and a second high-ductility concrete prefabricated part, the first high-ductility concrete prefabricated part and the second high-ductility concrete prefabricated part are arranged on the front side and the rear side of a constructional column correspondingly, and a first reserved hole and a second reserved hole are formed in the first high-ductility concrete prefabricated part and the second high-ductility concrete prefabricated part correspondingly; the fastening device comprises a first base plate, a second base plate, a fastening bolt, a split screw and a PVC sleeve, the PVC sleeve sequentially communicates with the first reserved hole and the second reserved hole, the two ends of the PVC sleeve are connected with the first base plate, the split screw penetrates through the first base plate and is arranged in the PVC sleeve, the split screw is connected with the fastening bolt, the second base plate is arranged between the fastening bolt and the first base plate, and the PVC sleeve is connected with the second base plate. The high-ductility concrete is adopted for manufacturing the prefabricated part, the fastening device is matched to serve as a constructional column formwork, the complex mounting and dismounting procedures of a traditional formwork are avoided, and the construction efficiency is improved; and meanwhile, the high-ductility concrete is used as a castable to prepare the constructional column, so that the shear bearing capacity of the wall body and the anti-seismic property of the brick masonry wall are improved.
本发明公开了一种免支模高延性混凝土构造柱模板及施工方法,包括第一高延性混凝土预制构件、第二高延性混凝土预制构件分别设在构造柱的前后两侧,且分别开设有第一预留孔洞和第二预留孔洞,紧固装置包括第一垫板、第二垫板、紧固螺栓、对拉螺杆和pvc套管,pvc套管依次连通第一预留孔洞和第二预留孔洞,且两端分别连接第一垫板,对拉螺杆贯穿第一垫板并设在pvc套管内,对拉螺杆与紧固螺栓连接,第二垫板设在紧固螺栓与第一垫板之间,本发明采用高延性混凝土制作预制构件,配合紧固装置作为构造柱模板,避免传统支模的复杂安装和拆卸工序,提高施工效率;同时将高延性混凝土作为浇注料制成构造柱,提高墙体的抗剪承载力和砖砌体墙的抗震性能。
