The invention discloses a bilateral unequal-thickness concrete constraint steel plate shear wall and a construction method thereof. Comprising a steel plate, formworks located on the two sides of the steel plate, a steel plate buckling correcting device used for correcting the bending position of the steel plate, a formwork reinforcing mechanism used for fixing the formworks, and a three-way guide pipe flow dividing pouring device used for adjusting the concrete flow speed on the two sides of the steel plate. The formwork reinforcing mechanism comprises a vertical square steel pipe, a double-channel steel joist located on the outer side of the vertical square steel pipe, and a lead screw assembly penetrating through a gap in the middle of the double-channel steel joist and holes in the formwork and the steel plate. The three-way guide pipe diversion pouring device comprises a three-way guide pipe fixed to an upper opening in the top of the steel plate shear wall, a soft guide pipe connected with two branch pipes of the three-way guide pipe, and adjusting valves installed on the two branch pipes. The device can meet the requirements for flatness and perpendicularity of steel plate installation, meanwhile, the device is simple in structure, easy to operate and capable of being repeatedly turned over, and the problem of steel plate deformation caused by inconsistent side pressure on the left side and the right side of a steel plate is effectively solved.
