The invention discloses a small-specification ceramic tile paving device and a construction method thereof. The paving device comprises a frame unit and an adjusting unit. The frame unit is arranged on a working ground or a wall surface; the adjusting unit is rotationally and/or slidably connected with the frame unit; in the actual using process, the frame units are flexibly assembled according to the requirement for the sizes of small-specification ceramic tiles, the ceramic tile grids in the frame units are matched with the ceramic tiles to be laid, and the laying precision and efficiency are remarkably improved; secondly, the distance between the frame unit and the working face is adjusted through the adjusting unit, and mortar in the frame unit is scraped to be flat so as to reduce transverse and vertical seam aligning time, so that design changes or non-uniform base faces can be quickly responded, flatness and uniformity of tile paving are guaranteed, and meanwhile it is guaranteed that gaps between tiles are uniform; in addition, the paving device is simple in structure and light in weight, effectively reduces labor intensity, is convenient to transfer for repeated operation, and further improves construction efficiency.
